One of the most popular wedding add-ons is a saxophonist playing live over the DJ’s set – it lifts the cocktail hour and the dance floor. If you want live music for the big moments, pair the DJ with a wedding band: the band plays the main sets and the DJ keeps things going in between and late into the night.
Music for every crowd
South African weddings bring together very different tastes. Our DJs mix Top 40, throwbacks, house, Afro-house and amapiano, Afrikaans favourites and classic party songs, and they watch the floor to see what’s working.
