We’re based in Florida, Roodepoort, so Johannesburg is on our doorstep. Do you supply the sound system?
Yes. YYY Shows can supply sound, stage and lighting with the act, sized for your venue and crowd. If your venue already has a sound system, let us know and we will plan around it.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for Friday and Saturday nights, December and the wedding season. Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.
Can I watch an artist before I book?
Often, yes. Many of our artists play public gigs every week – see the gig guide for who is playing where.
Do you travel outside Johannesburg?
Yes. We cover Pretoria, the East Rand and the rest of Gauteng, and we also book artists in Cape Town and KZN (Durban Central, Umhlanga, Ballito and Hillcrest). For weddings and events further afield, we travel anywhere in Africa.
